unity db walker error

Hi all,

I am getting the following error

1400:(error) could not find the subscriber that owns DTMFAccessID value=6702

ParentObjectID={6CA538D7-8845-44EF-A24F-FA6C826F4B50}

DTMFAccessObjectID={F6ECF014-433B-4CC6-AC57-AEC179D7B0A4}

This is a serious error and should be reported to TAC.

Any ideas before I contact tac

If you're running the latest version of dbWalker off www.CiscoUnityTools.com, you can select to fix this error automatically.

That's a stranded item in the DTMFAccessID table (i.e. the parent there is either a subscriber or call handler or interview handler or distrubiton list that's no longer in the system but that row was not removed). the updated version of dbWalker will remove it for you automatically.

You can also just open up SQL and find that row and remove it yourself but I'd suggest using dbWalker to do it for you instead.
