Unity Dumpster

When users delete messages, do they go into deleted items or the dumpster? Also what is the unity dumpster?

Deleted messages behavior is determined by the subscirber's Class of Service. If you go to Unity administration -> Class of Service -> Messages, you will see the "Deleted messages are copied to the deleted items folder" flag. If this is not set, messages are permenantly deleted when deleted from the phone.
