I have one user who when he leaves a voicemail that the email gets stuck in his
Drafts folder within Outlook. We are running Unity 7 and Exchange 2007. Any ideas??

I think it is better if you configure his outlook on different PC and test, or try to reinstall the out look. I do not thin that this probelm related to Unity.

I ended up correcting this issue by deleting the users voicemail box from Unity and recreating it.
