When I try to start a session with Unity Express I get this message:
EXCEPTION: /sw/info/ps: -5: out of memo
At that point I think the router reboots. The router is a 2821 and the CUE is on an AIM card.

Do you mean that the AIM-CUE reboots, or the whole router? It may be helpful to get the entire CUE bootuplog, if its the former. Just to see what's going on leading up to that out of memory condition.

I don't know, the telnet session just hangs and I can't telnet into it for several minutes. I reboot the router manually and the problem went away. I have no idea how it happened the first time, but I have a TAC case open on it now.

Hello,
I had the same problem when I was installing CUE.Pleas make sure that your router ethernet connection is up and serviceengine is correctly programmed with default gateway.
Thanks,

There was a memory leak in IOS that was recently fixed, where if you didn't have the IP address/default gateway configured on the service-module interface, the router would run out of memory over time.
The error posted earlier looked like a CUE message, not one from IOS though, but the fact that the router had to be manually rebooted may indicate the router being out of memory.
