is Unity-Express with a Callmanger (Ver. 3.3, Cluster of MCS 7835) compatibel ?

No, not yet. CUE R1 is supported only with Call Manager Express. A future release of CUE will support CCM deployments as well.

Version 1.1 supports this. It was posted a few days ago.
