Thanks for the tip. Just had this issue and this was part of my resolution. I had 2 devices pools, one of which I thought wasn't being used. It was, and the locale and the MRGL were both wrong. Thanks for the pointers chaps.
For reference if anyone else finds themselves in this situation. MRCP1. The gateway was truncating the grammar for reasons unknown. Move to MRCP2 and all is well with the world. Your mileage may vary of course.....Richard
