one of my customer has 12 voicemail box license, and they want to upgrade to 50 voicemail box license. how do I enable the new license.

You can just download the new license from the cisco website and then load it. Depending on what software you're running (prior to 2.0 or 2.0 and later) there are different instructions. For 2.0 and later, you can use these instructions:
