Unity Express voicemail upload audio files

I'd like to import into a Unity Express system (NM-CUE 3.1.1) a prerecorded welcome message for all users of the system. Is it possible to do? I'm able only to change welcome message by phone menu .. but i need to import ad audio file professional recorded.
