Unity for Domino, Notes client error when opening a VM.

When users doubleclick on a VM in their Notes client, they get a message saying "Cannot locate form: fa_RcvdVoiceMail." When they X out of the error they then get their VM and can listen to it ok.

Unity ver 4.05

Notes ver 6.5.1

Is there a plugin they need or something?

I'm not a Domino/Notes user and am unfamiliar with this client.

My bad! I found out that there is a client piece that needs to be installed off of the DUCS cd, csclient, onto the user's pc running Lotus Notes.
