We had a situation where a Unity system has been hacked. The external user, in pstn, called to internal ip phone, then got the voice mail and the unity callback to the external user.
The external user had a tranfer setting in his phone and he call to another county
The unity is 2.4.6
How Do the external user set the callback/tranfer in the voice mail ?
