Unity - How to Skip attendant voice when listening to voicemail

In our old version of Unity I use to be able to hit the # key to skip the attendants (computer Voice) voice and listin just to my voice messages. With the new version Unity 4.0(3), I lost that ability.

Question: Where in Unity do I configure this?

I assume you mean you want to skip past the message header informaton (i.e. where it tells you who the message is from, when it was left and all that) and skip to the body of the message.
