For the past week, I've been trying to install Unity v4.0.5 on to a child domain running Exchange 2003 with Service pack 1. The only rule is, that we have to install it without having access to the parent exchange server. We can have some administrative rights to the parent exchange server, but just to install Unity and then it must be removed. At first we were having problems even running the Permissions Wizard, After logging in as an Administrator of the Root Domain, we were able to run successfully. My question is this. Is there any documentation that has some kind of guidelines to follow or has anyone ever attempted to do this. For example; Company.com has a sub division like USA.Company.com, Unity needs to be separate from the root of Company.com. Any suggestions or a pointing in a right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
