I know that Unity can support integrations to more than 1 CM.
The Cisco documentation assumes your clusters are all running the same release of CM.
Does Cisco support a Unity integrating to 2 different (eg. 3.3 and 4.1) versions of CM?
thanks,

From a technical standpoint, I don't see why this would be a problem as long as both versions of CCM are compatible with the same version of the Unity-CCM TSP.
What documentation are you refering to that suggests all CCMs are running the same version?

Eric, thanks for the link. The compatibility table spells out exactly what versions of CCM are compatible with different Unity versions.
The docs I looked at: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_white_paper09186a00800872c8.shtml and http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_white_paper09186a00800872bc.shtml
only referred to CCM 3.0 and 3.1
The customer wants to transition from CCM3.3 to CCM 4 or 5, so they needed to determine if they could get away with splitting the ports on the Unity to service both clusters.
Best regards,
Scott
