Hi, hope anyone can help, does Unity come with an inbuilt IVR?

Depends on what you mean by IVR - Unity does come with a fully featured audio text capability which can get you pretty far for most applications. You can get a feel for what you can/can't do in this doc:
http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/Audio%20Text%20Applications%20in%20Unity.doc
But if you're looking to pull dynamic information from remote databases and TTS out custom strings to callers and such, then you'll have to get a dedicated IP IVR application.

Hi this looks promising,Thanks for your help & link,
all I need to do is to get callers to have some basic options,
for example, say 1 - 5,
press 1 for a persons voice mail,
press 2 for a different persons voice mail,
press 3 to speak to another persons extension (also to go to voice mail if not answered)
press 4 or hold to go to the operator.
From reading the doc, looks like this may be possible as I dont need any database retrieval etc. Does this sound feasible?
Regards
Norm
