Issue: Customer has Unity Unified Messaging integrated with their Exchange environment previously with 100 UM FlexLM licenses. Question was asked if they could buy the cheaper Unity Voicemail licenses for those people that need voicemail but don’t need it to show in their Email.
I think the answer is no, you can’t mix licenses, you have to continue to buy Unity Unified Messaging licenses and have an Exchange CAL for each Unity UM Subscriber.
Converting from Unity UM to Unity Voicemail would require a re-installation, right?
