Unity memory goes up too high

we have a Unity server (4.0(3))that runs high memory mapping gradually in a month or two. Then, reboot will make the server back to normal and then, we have reboot again.

Does anyone have idea why this memory high happens once a couple of months ?

Do you know which process is taking up the memory from the Task Manager?
