Unity Message Notification Issue

Unity 4.0.5 with CCM 4.1.3sr1 and Exchange 2003. When Unity does a message notification and calls a cellphone number upon receiving a new voicemail message, the cellphone user picks up the call from Unity and listens to Unity saying you have a new voicemail message, and enter your userid/extension to listen to the voice message. The user enters the userid/extension but Unity ignores it and takes him to the main greeting. Here the user has to press * and enter id and psswd to login to mailbox and hear the message.

It was working fine when upon receiving the call from Unity a user could enter the extension and password and listen to the message. But it broken now ever since the Unity was migrated from an old IBM server to the MCS-7845. Also the Unity subscriber extension has been changed from 4 digit to 10 digits at the same time. This is happening for all users.

Ignore this, this was a user error where they were pressing # after entering the extension. They should enter the extension only and Unity will ask for password.
