Hi,
Error mentioned below encountered when I've run the Unity Message Store Congfiguration Wizard.
DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer "ABC" using any of the configured protocols.
I'm using Cisco Unity Version 4.0 Build Number 4.0(3) SR 1
Windows Server Version Microsoft Windows 2000 build 2195 (Service Pack 3)
Please Advise.

This is with the front end server, right? I'm thinking that it isn't running something that our applicatin is looking for. Front end servers have several things disabled such as DSProxy.
I'll get back to you in the bit here...

Hi Keith,
Yes, the error occurred with both the front end and back end server. Currently the front end server only configured to support OWA and I have re-run the Message Store Configuration Wizard to change the partner exchange to back end server. However, the Unity Server still detected the message server offline. What I need to check in the Exchange?
