Unity messaging subscriber problem

While using SA, when i click on Subscriber, it gives me message saying "Unable to load call handler assocaited with the subscriber, subscriber data is incomplete, and therefore subscriber is invalid" . This is for "Unity Messaging system". It gives me message that "The object has been deleted". When I click on profile I get message" Error:COS object load failed".

I have a setup with CallManager 4.0[2]a and lotus domino 6.5.3.

Please help.

I would start by downloading the latest DBWalker version from www.ciscounitytools.com and running that to get an idea of the state of the database.

I presume that you are getting that error immediately? If yes, can you click on the +sign and get another subcriber w/o problems (preferably

in a diff COS).

If you know your way around UnityDB, check the subscriber table to see if it exists (probably does), and then search the CallHandler table for ch_alias - I suspect that the CH_alias entry is missing for that subscriber.
