I have the task of taking 25 DIDs for different customers and sending them to one voicemail
I have to label voicemail so Assistant knows what voicemail goes to what customer.
For example
Caller A calls Customer B leaves message in Voicemail Z
Caller C calls Customer D leaves message in Voicemail Z
Assistant check Voicemail Z inbox and knows that Caller A called for Customer B
We are using Unity 7.x with Exchange
Is there any way to accomplish this task in Unity by modifying the Subject line.
A workaround is to have twenty five voicemails with 25 exchange accounts and then forward the voicemails to the central voicemal.
Hope this makes sense.

Hi,
Unfortunately there's not an easy way to accomplish what you're trying to do. That workaround sounds like it'd be the most straight forward method to pursue. The subject lines cannot be modified on the fly, there's no functionality for that in Unity. Maybe there's someone out in the field that has overcome a similar configuration challenge that can offer some real-life input!

We figured out another workaround/solution.
We will create 25 call Handler that transfer to an Interview Handler.
Under System, Configuration, Message Subjects, we modified Interview Handler Message to include the Called Name.
