I know there is a way to reset the MWI's on all subscribers at once,but have totally forgotten where to do this.could someone point me in the right direction?Thanks

You didn't mention the version of Unity or integration, so the generic way is to open Control Panel, Phone and Modem options (in windows 2000), Advanced tab.
Select Cisco Unity - CM TSP. Click on the configure button.
When Utim opens up, drill down to properties. You will have an option to do daily/nightly MWI resync, or RESYNC NOW.

Hin,thanks for all your help.That worked.
BTW Unity is 4.0.3.After I saw the direction where you were sending me.I found a path thru the "Manage Integrations" in unity under Programs.Thanks again for your help!!!

There are several ways to get there but I wanted to give directions that would work for all unity versions.
Another way to get there in 4.0(3) is \commserver\utilities\utim\utim.exe
