Hi,
I have 2 unity servers networked together. v4.2(1)
I cant use SA on server 1 to find a user on server 2 (using search all unity servers option)
I can locate the subscriber on server 2 sucessfully, but i cant edit them as the link unity provides is incorrect.
i.e. The Unity server tries to direct me to http://unity2/xxxxxxxxxx etc
I need it to use the FQDN.. i.e. http://unity2.blah.com.au/xxxxx etc
Is there a way to configure Unity to do that?
Cheers,
Tim

Hi Tim -
From one Unity server's SA, can you go to (below System) to Cisco Unity Servers. Click on that and you should see Cisco Unity Server Chooser. Can you click on the unity2 server and have it open its SA web page in a new IE window? I have 4.2(1) and that is how it is working for me.

Hi Ginger,
Nope thats the problem.. the other server is just referenced as http://unity2/web/sa
but the setup here has multiple domains / dns etc, so that wont resolve.
Needs to be http://unity2.blah.com/web/sa
Not sure if that is configurable somewhere?
Cheers,
Tim.
