Hello everyone,
I have a Unity 4.1 install that has, for the second time in a week, stopped taking outside callers messages but will still take internal callers messages. Has anyone ever seen this before?

Could be related to Windows AD. The other possibility is Unity_

Your problem is probably related to the installation of a MS KB912442 patch on the Exchange server. Make a search on this forum to find more info.

He figured it out - the unity_servername account was disabled by AD admin
