Unity on Windows 2000 or 2003?

Is there any benefit to installing Unity 4 (Unified Messaging) on Windows 2003 instead of Windows 2000? I've seen various notes here about 'issues' under 2003 (especially with SP1) but are there any advantages to suffering through a 2003 install, or is it best to just put it on windows 2000?

Thanks for any thoughts on this!

Just a FYI, I have had it running on 2003 since 8/04, I have encountered few issues, all of which were resolved fairly quickly, some with the help of TAC (also have it running with failover). I think it all depends on your enterprise and the direction you are going, except of course for any other IPCC products...CCM, IVR, ICM, all of which have to be on 2000...for the time being....
