Hi Community
I'm a french administrator of Unity v7. A support team leader wants their users access to the same voicemail. This point is ok.
But my problem is he wants each members access to differents message. For example : User 1 call the voicemail, he access to the newest message, User 2 call at the same time, he must access the second most recent message etc with the third users. In that way each user take in charge one different message. Actualy each user access to the same newest message and they have to ask themselves if the message has been processed.
I think it's possible but I don't know where looking for?!?

It’s not possible with the tui, but you could use the web inbox or whatever it’s called these days. Or unified messaging. The webmail interface or outlook or whatever would allow your users to see read/unread status and act accordingly.

Before we used version 1.1 and it worked like that. So it was not an option but the way this version works?
