Issue is Unity account being locked out because of more than 6 invalid attempt, but in SA it is not showing that the account is locked out.
Unity 4.0.3.
Please let me know if these bugs, Bug ID: CSCuk46553 and CSCeb48662, which relates to the problem is fixed yet, and if so, what SR of Unity version?

I've pinged the dev engineer for CSCeb48662 (CSCuk46553 is a duplicate) to get an answer for you. Please ping me in a few days.
Just to confirm, the issue that you are experiencing is with user lockout on CISCOPCA webpage, and Unity Saweb --> subscriber --> Account --> account status are not LOCKED.
The workaround is to mark "Cisco Unity GUI access status" as LOCKED, save it. Unmark it,save again for access to CiscoPCA.

Hey HM,
Thanks for your reply. The issue is with lockout due to entering incorrect PIN from the IP Phone. It also happens with Unity 4.0.4
The workaround does work, and also the issue doesn't happen everytime.
Please let me know when you get something.
