Unity System Prompts

I have a Unity 3.1.4 and I would like to change one of the system prompts. Specifically, I would like to change the prompt that says "transferring call". (I would like to replace it with a beep). This prompt plays when users have their supervised transfer turned on. The two questions I have are what is the file name for that particular prompt and is there a tool or a supported way to change the canned system prompts? Thanks in advance.

The only conversation changes that are supportted on Unity is with using the optional conversation feature, http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_white_paper09186a008014466b.shtml#37279

But this is only in the conversation of a logged in subscriber, not to outside callers.

There is no supportted way to accomplish waht you are asking for. All wave files are stored in the CommServer/Localize/Prompts folder.
