I am getting the message "That E-mail cannot be played at this time" when I try to listen to my emails over the phone. When I look online for information all I found was "The licensed TTS resources are all in use by other subscribers."
We've tried this while monitoring the ports on Unity and there have been no other ones in use. Any ideas on how to correct this issue? We have Unity 4.0.4 doing Unified Messaging with an off box exchange 2003 partner server. The text to speech used to work when Unity was first installed in January of this year. There haven't been any changes made to the server that I'm aware of.
Thank you!

Well, if there are no other calls in the system then either the TTS sessions have been "burned" (i.e. a call terminates in an unexpected way and does not "give the session back" to the resource manager - should be rare) or the TTS engine itself is not up - if you haven't used it in months, that's probably a better bet.
The easiest way to clear both issues is a restart of the server if you can schedule a window for that...
