Unity to Exchange 2010

Good Morning

I know Unity gets its subscriber information from the telephone number field in Active Directory, an this be changed to point to another field in AD, if so how?  The reason I ask is that we are soon to be upgrading our Call Billing/Logging system and it will get its information from the Telephones/IP Phone/Other field.  Can Unity also get its information from here?

Hi,

Unfortunately that's the only field that Unity looks at.

However, Unity Connection 7.x+ gives you more flexibility with LDAP integrations as to which field you want to look at for extensions when importing users.
