When integrating Unity with existing Exchange 2003 mailstore for VM only with plans of migrating to UM, does the customer need to have the additional mailboxes licensed?
If the users are getting voice mails at their desktop (with or without the VMO form installed), you need to be licensed for Um. VM only requires you create new Exchange mailboxes that are hidden from the directory for voice messaging only.
