Couple of users are not able to hear the voice messages using TUI. however MWI is working fine. Pls help

What version of Unity? Unified messaging or VM only? Do the users hear the voice mail prompts saying they have messages, how many messags...etc?

Cisco Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(4) SR 1, its unified messaging
Users can hear the no. of new messages and the person information who left the message. only message content is not audible even though there is lengthy message
