Unity w Exchange Stand Alone install issues

I am installing Unity 4.05 with exchange on a stand alone box. During the install we have several issues that required me to unistall and reinstall. When I try and re-install I get an error When I choose to Install the "Microsoft Exchange Messaging and Collaboration Services" that state it can not be installed because a server object "First adminisrative Group" already exists. Any ideas on how to work around this.

it seems one of your initial exchange installs was partially completed. one of the storage groups has already been built.

(as it has built the FirstAdministrativeGroup for which the second install cannot and there for fails)

either a complete removal of all exchange from the AD and then install EXCH or a clean reInstall of WIN and EXCH.
