Hey Unity gurus and guruettes. I have a customer that wants 3 schedules on Unity and I can only see how to do an Open and Closed on the schedule and the others seem to be manual
From 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM they want it to ring an extension. From 9:01 PM to 7:30 AM they want the closed messages. From 7:31 AM to 7:59 AM they want to ring to 7 or eight different extensions but back to the main numer VM if no answer. Anybody know how this can be done?

You can do this by chaining call handlers together - same way to do pre done holiday greetings. Check out the "Audiotext applications in Unity" paper on the Documents page of www.CiscoUnitytools.com for more details on how to set this type of thing up.
