I have unity 4.2(1), everything in the installation runs great, no errors on bootup.
If unity session times out, it fails to loadup the SA.
Once it came up with the following error:
Event ID: 100
Source: CiscoUnity_AvCs
Type:Error
Exception occured and handled. File: E:\\Views\CU4.2.0.110\un_General\Common\Src\AvVariant.cpp at line: 1582- Error:80004005H Call stack:
And also on Line 1536, Same error above.
I've tried applying the latest cisco unity updates for microsoft windows 2003. Still has not resolved my issue.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Check this:
Basically, you can restart wwwp service, or you can increase the SA Session Timeout value in IIS
Or you can upgrade to the following version(s) of unity:
