UnityAdmin account messed up

Hi,

I recently installed our Unity 4.0(4) server, but after completing the installation found that I cannot access the SA webpage with the UnityAdmin account. I receive the error message "Your Windows Domain Account [DTE2005\UnityAdmin] is not associated with a Cisco Unity Subscriber."

Instead, I am able to fully use the SA website with the UnityInstall account. Even the Links for the status page and the administration page are in the UnityInstall desktop.

I don´t know at which point of the installation i screwed this up...

Can anyone tell me what possibly happened, and if is there a way to revert things, so i can

make UnityAdmin the Admnistration account?

Regards,

Ariel.

You can try mapping the UnityAdmin account to have SA rights manually using the "GrantUnityAccess" tool found in the diagnostic section of the tools depot on your desktop.

The command will look something like "GrantUnityAccess -u MYDOMAIN\UnityAdmin -s EAdmin".

That'll map your UnityAdmin account to the EAdmin account in Unity so when you go to access the SA it'll use the rights for EAdmin to see if you have access to the SA or not. You can use whatever account you want for this, of course.
