Upgrade Call Manager

Hello

We have a cucm version 6.1.4.2000-2 and need to upgrade that to 12.5. this old server is located on MCS and bought a new ucs BE6k. so I need the steps to for this upgrade and migrate ?

Your option would be PCD and that is outlined in the upgrade and migration guide for CUCM 12.5, have you gone through it?

Can I install a new server from scratch instead of path of upgrading, and transfer a license from old to new server?
