We will be upgrading CUCM 10.5 to version 12 and it looks like we can do a simple direct upgrade using OS Administration. The one thing I noticed is that our OVA (2500) uses 6 GB of RAM in 12 and only 4 GB of RAM in our current version. The upgrade document I have read did not seem to talk about this. I am assuming that before the upgrade I can simply shut down the VM then increase the vRAM then turn it back up and go on with the upgrade?
