Upgrade from 7.1(2) to 7.1(3)

Hi,

I would like to ask the requirements for upgrading 7.1(2) to 7.1(3). Does the client needs to be subscribed to UCSS or CON-ESW? Thanks!

You need ESW for software maintenace.  ESW is needed to access Software Center to download UCM maintenance releases and minor updates. UCSS is needed with ESW for entitlement to major releases through PUT (Product Upgrade Tool) during the subscription term.  Of course, software upgrades can also be purchased a la carte.
