I am finding everything about this upgrade cumbersome. We have successfully upgraded CUPS to 8.5 and it looks great, but I have to go into call manager and set new CSF devices for all softphones.... is there a better way? I suppose via BAT?

For CUPC 8.x softphone feature to work, CSF device must be configured. UPC device won't work with CUPC 8.x client.
BAT would follow the same rule as with IP Phone. But this is with callmanager version, not with CUPS.
