Hello,
I just upgraded to 4.0>3) from a working 4.0(1). Unity will not start now. When I run the Cisco Unity Diagnostic tool I get a failure on teh test suite Doh, Desciption: Trying to find the Doh. Comments are Unexpected Error Occured in e:\views\Unity4.0.2.122\un_Doh2\SysCheck\DohTests\GetTheDoh.cpp, line: 45, hr = : HRESULT 0x80004005
and the reolution is Contact Tech Support. Ther eis a little backup at Cisco TAC right now. ANybody know what I need to do?
I am also getting a fdailure on the Doh at Check call routing rules. Comments are Property Not Found or Corrupted in e:\views\Unity4.0.2.122\un_Doh2\SysCheck\DohTests\CheckRoutingRules.cpp, line: 136, hr = : HRESULT 0x80040300
Resolution is listed as Check client code if property is being set
ANy Unity Gurus out there that can help?

What errors do you see in the applicatoin log at startup?

All is well now. Deleted the MAPI profile, rebooted and viola! Thanks for trying to look out for me Keith.
