Upgrade unity version

Hello

i have to upgrade a 4.2.1 unity version to 5.x, so i need to purchase:

-- The Unity, UM or VM version update to Release 5.X.

-- The Unity, UM or VM version update to Release 5.X 33-96 session.

--And the UM / VM version update to Release 5.X - Users.

So need to know how many users have the 4.2.1 system licensed now.

When i go to the licensing information of the Unity, i view Suscriber mailboxes and Unified messages suscriber.

My question is i am just to purchase vm update license as many as suscriber mailboxes, UM update license as many as Unified messages suscriber, to update the system.
