what all are the procedure for upgrading callmanager BE 6000 upgardation from 8.5.1 to 9.1. We have publisher and subscriber.Please let me know how it can be done.

Upgrade procedures have been discussed thoroughly in CSC, your first step is to review the install and upgrade guides for CUCM 9.1, along with the Release Notes, all available upon search on cisco.com. Or, under cisco.com -> support -> Product Support -> all products, and then browse to CUCM.
You can also do some further reading from the D29 material

Can we upgrade directly from 8.5.1 to 9.1.2 .when i tried its it not upgrading.do we have any other procedure
