We currently have unity 4.04sr1 with off box exchange 2k as mailstore. We are going to be upgrading to exchange 2003.. Is there anything we need to do on the unity side of the house. Anything need to be loaded on that box as well? What about if the name of our current exchange 2k server gets changed? What are the necessary steps in unity to change the name..
Currently the only thing the 2k exchange is doing is acting as the mailstore for voicemail because we are on groupwise for email. But after the 2003 exchange goes in we will be getting rid of groupwise and taking advantage of unified messaging (which we are already licensed for etc..) Could someone give me some pointers on how to make this as smooth as possible.
