urgent cme troubleshooting

IN a company which started to move using cisco voip- It`s first branch uses cisco call manger express (cme-full-7.1.0.1.tar)with 48 users :

I`m  facing some problems please I want some help:-

1-      The ip phone 7937 can`t register with the cisco cme – I tried to download cmterm-7937-sccp.1-4-3.zip to the flash of the cme which is 7 megabyte but  a memory error appeared to me in which there is no more free memory despite there is free 23 megabyte when I place the command show flash

2-      There is no local directories in the ip phones 7931 and 7945 , I can see the local directories only in the ip phone 7962- how can I configure the local directories in 7931 and 7945 ?

3-      when i call from outside ( eg. from my mobile or pstn no.) into the company it takes time for the extension 333 (receptionist) to ring -about 7 seconds- then the phone ring.? IN "connection plar opx immediate 333" the immediate option isn`t there.

4-      when outside call ( eg.from my mobile or pstn) dial into the company and the 333 phone rings - it is written from unknown number even after i add the command caller-id enable.

5-      I want some phones ( 5 phones) to ring directly without 333 answer or autoattendant and i have 5 pstn lines plugged to the fxo ports..also i need the 5 phones to use their 5 pstn lines when they place outside call??? I can`t use a voip dial peer as this is the first branch that uses voip and the calls only to and from the pstn.

6-      when any employee press 0 i want 333 to ring..do i use speed dial or plar or....?? when adding a voice translation rule in to a cme and then assign it to a voice translation-profile then i cant add the translation-profile to a dial-peer as the call is an internal call , not outgoing nor incoming..

7-      I imported users from the cme to the cue,so each have his voice mailbox and i checked the call forward no answer box but when i updates some  users names in cme ,changes doesn`t occurred in the cue...How can i updates the  users name in the cue ? Also when i add another users for extra five ephones in the cme they are not added automatically to the cue..How can i add them?

8-      Is there any program to install in cme for call detail record so i  can print for the administrator the calls dialed by the employees or only  i can view the records from the record menu in the gui interface of  the unity  module?

In problem number 1

The 7937 ip phone type not present under the telephony-service - load .....?

and also ofcourse under ephone 7(ex.) then type.... ?
