Very disappointed with Prime collaboration

First Cisco makes a product that is below grade with a tonne of bugs second there is no support. All the support is apparently in India and then there is a 5 min opportunity to work on a case and if you miss that you are pretty much screwed. I really hope the AMs are using this as well in their sales pitch: "Just in case you decide to buy this product and run into issues (which is often) you may not get adequate support for this."

Cisco no wonder UC business is going elsewhere.

Hi George,   I'm the Director of Product Management for Prime Collaboration.  It sounds like you've had some bad experiences with a TAC case.  I'd like to dig in and understand the issues youv'e had with getting support with TAC and the issues you've had with the product.   Please send me an email at regmoore@cisco.com and I'll set up a conference call at your convenienuce.  In general we have very high CSAT on our Collaboration Management products,  but there is always room for improvement.   Also when we chat if you can be more specific on the particular products you've been working with:  BE6K version of Provisioning,  Prime Collaboration Assurance for Voice or Video,  Prime Collaboration Provisioning for the Enterprise,  etc....
