Hi All,
is it possible to register the analog extensions of a VG310 to call manager in SIP?
i found this configuration trace : https://frgtech.wordpress.com/2013/11/20/configure-voice-gateway-vg224-in-sip-with-cucm/
but I did not understand on the call manager side how I should behave.
Must a third-party device similar to ascom dect be created on call manager and use digest username and password for registration?

No. You cannot register the analog extensions of a VG310 as SIP in CUCM, however, you can establish a SIP trunk between the CUCM and the VG310. Then you can create Route Pattern(s) in CUCM and point them to the VG310 SIP Trunk.
On VG310, you need pots dial peers for analog devices, and a SIP VOIP dial peer to and from CUCM. In this scenario, CUCM talks to the VG via SIP, and the VG talks to the analog devices via analog ports. Nothing registers to CUCM in this case, and below is what the flow would look like.
CUCM ---SIP Trunk--- VG310---analog port--- Anlage Device
Look at the attached sample config.
