ViewMail for Microsoft Outlook Questions CUCMBE 5000

Hello All

I am installing CUCMBE 5000 8.5 for >150 users and I need to install ViewMail.

Do I have to install it on every single workstation individually?

I know there is the viewmail AdminConfig.xml but again I think this needs to be done on an individual basis.

Is there a way we can do it in mass and send the vmo msi files to users?

And do they need user admin rights to install?

I remember doing calendar integration with CUPC and it really was tedious. With ViewMail is it as easy just installing the file and populating the correct information in the wizard or do I have to do something on exchange?

There are some settings on the user that need to be enabled on the BE side, see here for details -

These settings can be done in Bulk.
