when couple of users hit the playback button on the ViewMail Toolbar Unity starts ringing their phones. When they answer the calls they get disconnected. This is working for all other users. All users are using the same version of ViewMail (4.0.4) and the Unity Server is 4.0.4.
Are these users logging on to their PCs using their Unity NT credentials? Turn on micro traces for the TrapConnector, have one of your users reproduce the problem and send me the log file for AvCsMgr.
