When trying to use the phone as a playback device in Viewmail for Outlook, I get the following error message: Access was denied when connecting to the voice server. To use the telephone you must be logged into windows using the account associated with your subscriber account.
This is only happening with a few users and I have not been able to narrow down what difference is yet. I have also seen 5 posts in this forum with the exact same problem and error message but from a year ago and none of them offered a solution.
I have verified that I'm logged in to my PC with the correct username.
Running:
UNITY 4.04 SR1
Exchange 2003 SP1 on a different server.
One AD domain
Windows XP SP2
IE 6.02 SP2
Mozilla FireFox 1.02
Using viewmail for Outlook 4.04
Media Master control 403 112
Outlook 2003
Anyone have a fix for this one??
