VM4.0(3) placing users in wrong container

Hi all,

Customer has run Permissions Wizard and says the OU for everything is "UnityUsers", runs Permission Wizard successfully then goes to add a new subscriber through Unity. Unfortunately, the user gets created in the "Users" folder instead of the "UnityUsers" folder - any ideas?

The Permissions Wizard only sets the rights, it doesn't actually control where Unity places the new objects. To change where Unity place the new object re-run the Cisco Unity Message Store Configuration from Add/Remove programs.

I have ran into the same problem

ran the permission wizard which allows you to point to OU destination, but also ran the message store wizard (doesn't allow you to point to a destination)

but still creates users in the USERS OU and not in the UnityVM ou created for mailbox users.

when importing the csv files for bulk import, pointed to UnityVM ou and worked fine. But if create a user via Unity Admin -- creates in Users ou.

rebooted the Unity server and no difference.

any offering would be apprecriated.
